Lilo's Lawyer Throws in the Towel

Looks like someone won't have to deal with courtroom cryfests from a certain starlet anymore — a new report says Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has resigned her job as the jailbird's attorney.TMZ says they called Holley for comment on a story and she then told them she was no longer representing Lindsay. Apparently, she resigned earlier today — just after OK! got her to comment on Lindsay's sentence of 90 days in jail.
