Lindsay Lohan has traded in dancing in Mykonos for…rescuing refugee children?

In a bizarre Instagram Live video, Lindsay filmed herself approaching what she claimed was a Syrian refugee family as they sat on a sidewalk. “Hey everyone, I just want to show you a family that I met. A Syrian refugee family that I’m really worried about. They really need help,” she says.

Lindsay then approaches the mother and her two sons, saying, “You want to come with me? Come with me. I’ll take care of you guys. Do you want to stay in a hotel tonight? Do you want to watch movies? It would be so cool to watch a movie on a TV or a computer.”

The family gets up from the sidewalk and tries to get away from Lindsay, who proceeds to follow them. Lindsay then accuses the parents of trafficking their children.  “Look what’s happening, they’re trafficking children. You’re ruining Arabic culture by doing this,” she says.

Lindsay continues following the family—all while live streaming it on Instagram—and says, “I’m with you boys, don’t worry. The whole world is seeing this.”

When Lindsay tries to grab one of the boys, the mother suddenly turns and appears to punch Lindsay, who falls to the ground. The family leaves Lindsay on the sidewalk, who then turns the camera on herself and cries that she’s “so scared right now" before ending the live stream.

Followers didn't know what to make of Lindsay's bizarre actions. "what is happening... lindsay lohan tried to kidnap two refugee children because she thought the mom was trafficking her children she then was punched by the mother wow..." one fan wrote on Twitter.

"Lindsay Lohan how’d you go from the club to trying to kidnap two kids on live?" asked another.
