In a complete shocker for most people involved, new reports indicate that after this morning's court appearance in Beverly Hills by Lindsay Lohan, the starlet has been taken into custody again and could serve time in jail after failing two drug tests while on probation. Her next hearing might not be until Oct. 22.

Judge Elden Fox did not set bail,  TMZ reports, and instead, it seems Lindsay is heading to jail. The news is surprising, as her offenses were misdemeanors, and usually bail is offered by the judge in such cases.

Lindsay headed to the courthouse this morning in an entourage of two black Cadillac Escalades, and arrived to the flash and yells of paparazzi lined up to wait for her. She walked into the courthouse quickly with her mother, Dina Lohan, amid the yells of photographers, dressed in a cream skirt, black top and a blazer, with platform black heels. Dad Michael Lohan showed up early, around 8 a.m. PT. No cameras were allowed in the court room.

If her next formal hearing is indeed, Oct. 22, no bail means she'll await that date behind bars.

Lilo previously spent two weeks in jail for an arrest stemming from a DUI in 2007. She was then in court-ordered rehab for 24 days before being released by Judge Fox. Just last week, Linds admitted on her Twitter that she had failed two drug tests. Subsequent reports showed that one test was for Adderall, which she is allowed under the terms of her probation, and the other was allegedly for cocaine.
