Matthew Fox's Physical Assault Charges Dropped

Matthew Fox won't be charged with physical assault, after all.

Last August, bus driver Heather Bormann accused the actor of drunkenly giving her swift blows to the groin, chest, arms and legs. She filed a civil suit a month later asking for $25, 000 in damages.

Well, Matthew can rest easy — Heather's charges were dropped due to her inability "to provide full and timely cooperation and information." Oh, and she couldn't pay the attorney either. Ouch.

This is good news for Matthew Fox fans. Former Lost co-star, Dominic Monaghan called Matthew a "woman-beater" repeatedly on Twitter yesterday and claimed the actor is physically abusive toward women on a regular basis.

When a follower inquired about Dom being slapped with a possible lawsuit, he replied: "it's very difficult to sue someone for speaking the truth."
