Mel Gibson's Girlfriend Sues Over Racy Photos

Mel Gibson's girlfriend and baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva, is none too happy with a man she's claiming sold photos of her in lingerie, RadarOnline.com reports.

Oksana filed a suit against Samuel Oriti on Tuesday, claiming he met her in 2004 and told her he'd try to negotiate a deal for her with a prominent lingerie company. Oksana then posed in a photo shoot, modeling lingerie, and paid for the session. She says Oriti promised not to distribute the photos elsewhere.
