Michael Lohan Pleads Not Guilty

While he's busy handing out advice to his daughter Lindsay Lohan about how to stay out of trouble, it seems Michael Lohan just can't help getting tangled up in legal skirmishes.
After he was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill himself and his fiancee, Erin Muller, when she tried to break up with him, Michael appeared in court yesterday and pleaded not guilty to second degree aggravated harassment, TMZ reports.

Michael originally gave himself up on April 6 in Suffolk County, N.Y. and is due back in court next month. In a spate of good timing for Mike, his parole for a 2004 assault just ended in February.
