Miley Cyrus Reveals Which Celebrity Fan Has a Hannah Montana Tattoo In Her (Topless) Rolling Stone Cover Story

Getting your first Billboard number one and having your first (and maybe last?) VMAs performance within weeks of each other can only mean one thing—a Rolling Stone cover story is sure to follow. Yup, this is Miley Cyrus on the cover of the famous music mag, rockin' her signature sticking-out-tongue, slicked back blonde and oh yeah, not much else.

Miley bares just as much inside the magazine too, talking about everything from her relationship with her parents to her weight (she only weighs 108 lbs!) to her VMAs performance,  of which she says "I'll never do that s*** again." She also reveals that Steve Carell is her neighbor and which celebrity has a Hannah Montana tattoo—Stephen Baldwin. Yeah, that's probably not where you thought that was going.

And speaking of tats, Miley wanted to do something outrageous to remember her first ever Rolling Stone cover shoot, so she got the words "rolling" and "stone" tattooed on the bottom of her feet, because why not?. One word—ouch:
