Miley Cyrus took to the stage last night in Hollywood at The Grove, but she wasn't just rocking out for the sake of her adoring fans — the Disney star performed a concert on behalf of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
As usual, Miley's fans looked as if they were going nuts for the teen pop queen, and she seemed to be having just as much fun as they were!
Always a stylish young thing, Miley sported long flowing locks, a tank, about a bajillion bangles and some leggings as she rocked the mic.
