While celebs from around the world plan to converge on Las Vegas for the seemingly countless A-list parties for next week's New Year's celebrations, 21-year-old actress Mischa Barton, who is due to play host to one such bash, is in Los Angeles after having been released from jail following her arrest early Thursday morning for allegedly driving under the influence, possession of narcotics and driving without a valid license.

However, when OK! spoke to the folks at the Luxor's new CatHouse club, whose opening Mischa was hired to host, they say that things are — for the moment — still going ahead as planned. "We are aware of Mischa Barton's incident last night," a club rep tells OK!. "But at present she is still expected to host the CatHouse Grand Opening at Luxor Las Vegas on Dec. 29."
