Nick Lachey revealed to OK! why he and longtime love Vanessa Minnillo are such a great match.

"It's four years now. She's probably the most unique woman I've ever had the pleasure of knowing," Nick said. "She's feminine and beautiful and sexy and she's also probably the most powerful person I've ever had the opportunity to know. She's very unique, headstrong, passionate... a great girl."
And that's not all!
"She's a leader, a go-getter, not one to sit back and let things be dictated to her. She and I are very much alike, two fiery people. We have the same birthday and we're very similar personalities, which is great. She's the most unique and special person I've ever known," he gushed to OK!.

However, Nick, who hosts the NBC series The Sing-Off, said they're not yet engaged. "I'm sure at some point I will get engaged but not even I know when that moment will be."
And Nick has no idea if he and Vanessa would do a reality show together, like he did with his previous partner, ex-wife Jessica Simpson.
"There's nothing in the works right now," he said. "I think it would pose a unique set of challenges. I guess the positive is that I'm actually familiar with those challenges. The negative would be I'm also familiar with those challenges," Nick smiled. "It's hard to say never to anything. You never know."
