Today Britney Spears had a rare rendezvous with her little sister, Jamie Lynn, and her young niece, Maddie in L.A., OK! has learned.
An eyewitness tells OK! that the sisters — who don't often spend time together— had a lunch date in Hollywood, before heading back to Brit's Calabasas estate where Britney got to spend some quality time with little Maddie.
Brit, who was wearing tight pink short shorts with matching pinks sandals, came from a nearly three-hour-long meeting in Westwood, L.A., and met 18-year-old Jamie Lynn — who is thought to have flown in from Louisiana today — at the Mondrian hotel in Hollywood.
The pair caught up over a late lunch in a hotel room. We bet they gossiped about Jamie Lynn's new older man, 28-year-old businessman James Watson!

Then they headed out to Brit's Calabasas estate where their mom, Lynne, is also believed to be.
"It's very rare for the sisters to hang out together," said our source. "It's a once-a-year thing, if that."
It was three years yesterday since Britney's infamous head-shaving episode.
