Olivia Newton-John has announced that nearly 20 years after beating breast cancer, she has once again been diagnosed with the illness. In a Facebook post, the singer shared the devastating news.

“Olivia Newton-John is reluctantly postponing her June U.S. and Canadian concert tour dates. The back pain that initially caused her to postpone the first half of her concert tour, has turned out to be breast cancer that has metastasized to the sacrum,” the statement read.

Two weeks ago, Olivia put her concert tour on hold after experiencing severe back pain that she thought was sciatica. Now that she knows the truth, Olivia is already planning her course of action for treating the cancer.

“In addition to natural wellness therapies, Olivia will complete a short course of photon radiation therapy,” her statement revealed.

"I decided on my direction of therapies after consultation with my doctors and natural therapists and the medical team at my Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre in Melbourne, Australia,” the statement continued.
