She definitely isn't hiding in the Hills right now! Stephanie Pratt showed up at Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills wearing a short silvery dress that was hard to miss. Looks like Stephanie is trying to sparkle under pressure as she plans to head to a rehabilitation center after being arrested Oct. 18 for driving under the influence.
