Okay, normally if you host a Halloween party it's no big deal, right?

Well, if you're one of Great Britain's most photographed celebs um, it kind of is a huge deal. Pippa Middleton celebrated her new book, Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends, with little ghosts and goblins yesterday.

Although her book doesn't officially launch here until Tuesday, according to People, she was spotted hosting an afternoon children's bash at London's Daunt Books.

In addition to party planning, this royal sister-in-law sounds pretty psyched about Halloween in general.

In this Sunday's edition of Parade, she dishes, "As a child, I felt that Halloween was a time when creatures of the night suddenly came to life – we would turn off all the lights in the house and let flickering candlelight conjure up scary shadows and imaginary figures lurking in dark corners. Nowadays, I frequently celebrate Halloween over a supper with friends."

Although she didn't reveal what she'll be dressing up as this year, her suggestions for the perfect trick-or-treat party include "witchy cauldrons of pumpkin soup...homemade spiders inside window nooks...cobwebs on tables; and...ghosts made from sheets."
