R. Kelly's New Legal Wranglings

While it might not sound like news that R. Kelly is back in court, this time he's the one doing the suing!
The rapper has won a $3.4 million award against a tour promoter who he says failed to pay him in full for shows in 2007 and 2008, and has asked a court to help him collect the money.
R. Kelly Touring filed court documents on Monday asking a judge to confirm the award against Rowe Entertainment and its owner, Leonard Rowe, that an arbitrator granted last month.

Earlier this year R. Kelly was acquitted of child pornography charges leveled against him in a case that goes back years.
