Real Housewife's Real Sex Tape

The cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has already captured the attention for their onscreen drama this season, and now Danielle Staub is up to her ears in real-life drama as well: A judge in New Jersey has just ordered an injunction banning the release of any sex tapes or pictures of her and ex-boyfriend Stephen Zalewski, at least until a hearing next month.

Danielle already faced her past when stories of her controversial past came up on the show and the other housewives argued over who had spread the gossip.

Danielle says her ex is trying to get back at her for breaking up with him, and that she had no knowledge of being videotaped. She filed a lawsuit against him that alleges invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
