Looks like Rebecca Black may officially be a signed artist. Rebecca made close pals with Ryan Seacrest last Friday when she stopped by his KIIS FM radio for a chat and helped her launch an official Twitter account. Now, it looks like Ryan helped her outside the Twitterverse with and entertainment manager.

According to TMZ, Ryan just helped Rebecca sing with big time music manager Debra Baum, a manager with DB Entertainment, after their meeting last week was greeted with a "burst of attention."

Rebecca has now signed with DB.

The 13-year-old has become an Internet sensation after her music video for "Friday" went viral on YouTube, with close to 48 million views!

Rebecca doesn't have any ties to Ark Music, the production company who produced her video.

Will she work with Ark in the future?

"No. We’re being pretty open, we’re getting a bunch of song lyrics and ideas from a bunch of different writers, but this isn’t with Ark. We’re really just taking things minute by minute," she told Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview.

As for working with well-known songwriters, Rebecca says, "That’s not a question you should ask me—my parents just throw song ideas at me, and I’ve been listening to a billion different songs."

How is she managing her money? Well that's also up to mom and dad for now, but Rebecca is making sure that some of the income is donated to the current devastation in Japan.

"I felt really bad about the disaster in Japan. I’ve always wanted to do something about all natural disasters, and I realized now is my big opportunity where I can really help," she told EW.
