Rebecca Black Suing "Friday" Producers?

The head honchos at Ark Music Factory aren't going to be "partyin', partyin' " if their protege Rebecca Black takes them to court. The 13-year-old Internet sensation is considering legal action against the L.A. producers of her viral song "Friday."

Rebecca and her mother, Georgina Marquez Kelly, are accusing Ark Music Factory of "copyright infringement and unlawful exploitation of her likeness and song on YouTube, iTunes, Amazon and Ark's website," according to a report in Rolling Stone, via PopEater, which references a letter from Rebecca's lawyer, Brian Schall.

Rebecca and her mom also claim that Ark never gave them master copies of the "Friday" recording and sold an "unauthorized ringtone" of the song, the report says.

But Ark has denied everything, alleging they have made amends with Rebecca and her camp.

"I have met with Rebecca Black's mom and everything is fine," said Ark Music founder Patrice Wilson, via PopEater. "She will get the masters and the song. They can have it all."

With some help from Ryan Seacrest, Rebecca has signed a record deal with DB Entertainment.

Rebecca's mom paid Ark $2,000 to write two songs and produce one video for her daughter, which (with the viral success of the video), has become a huge money-maker for the young star.

"Friday" premiered on Feb. 10, and currently has over 84.5 million views on YouTube. It has also reached No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers songs.

"OH. MY. GOSH. FRIDAY IS #1 ON BILLBOARD'S HEATSEEKERS SONGS!" Rebecca Tweeted with a picture of the her hit topping the chart.
