“There are two things,” the Brazilian bombshell, 32, begins during a Victoria’s Secret event in NYC. “You can basically eat everything, but you have to watch your portions —the amount. And drink a lot of water. It flushes you out. You’ve got to eat what you want but in small proportions.”

“I don’t eat a lot,” she says. “It’s about knowing your limits. If you eat healthy, for example, you have a healthy lunch, during snack time in the afternoon, you’re not going to be crazy-hungry.”

She continues, “Trust me—you’re not going to go for the whole bag of potato chips because you’ve already had a healthy, good meal, so you’re just going to have a little bit, because your stomach is not calling for it.”
