Reality star Angela “Big Ang” Raiola and her sidekick, Lil Louie, hit Atlantic City this week to celebrate his 1st birthday during Petstay Social at Showboat casino resort.
Joining them? The pomeranian’s twin brother, A.J., who lives with her nephew.
To mark the milestone, Louie munched on treats from the Doggie Style Buffet while the Mob Wives spinoff queen sipped on her signature Big Ang cocktail at the Drunken Doggie bar.
“Louie is very spoiled,” the sassy Staten Islander tells me. “He comes with me wherever I go. He’s a cute little furry ball. I buy him toys constantly, I buy him little outfits, I take him everywhere with me — even the dentist. I get him groomed every week, and I clean up his s*** and p***.”

Not only does Lil Louie light up her life, but she is also a pet parent to albino pitbull Kilo and chocolate Persian cat Gigi, who are both 12. The pitbull is a rescue; the Persian was flown in from Minnesota. According to Ang, Kilo’s mom didn’t want him because he was sickly, so she swooped in to save his life.
“I don’t think a house is complete without pets,” she says. “You open the door, and the dog jumps all over you. It makes you feel so loved and nice. I love pets.”
Hm, does her son, also named A.J., get jealous?
“No,” she says. “My son has his own dog. I spoil him, too.”
Of course, Lil Louie commands lots of attention.
“Louie tortures the whole household,” she says. “He bothers the kitty, he bothers the pitbull, he bothers everybody. All he wants to do is play. He’s one-year-old. He wants to play, play, play, play, play all day — and night. He barked from 2:00 this morning until 4:00 this morning. I was having a nervous breakdown. I kept thinking somebody was by the door, and I was home by myself. I was scared! I couldn’t even sleep.”

Hm, how does the pitbull react to a yappy pomeranian?
“Lil Louie wants to play with him, but the pitbull is old and grouchy does not want to play. Louie’s constantly chasing behind him, jumping up at him, and he’s always like ‘rrr’ and jumps up on the bed. He doesn’t want to be bothered.”
Still, she finds similarities between her son and the pets.
“When Kilo does something wrong, I yell. That’s all I do. Same way I discipline my kids — I yell. Not that they care. Nobody ever cares when I yell. The pets, and the kids.”
