NEWSRed Carpet Confidential: Heidi Klum Considers Letting Her Kids Party on New Year’s Eve

Not even the children of Heidi Klum enjoy special privileges like getting to stay up past midnight on New Year’s Eve.
Her brood includes Leni, 8, Henry, 7, Johan, 6, and Lou, 3. Their father is Seal, who adopted Leni (whose biological father is Flavio Briatore), in 2009. The German-born supermodel and Project Runway host filed for divorce from the Kiss From A Rose singer earlier this year, and has taken up with bodyguard Martin Kirsten.
“So far, they have never managed to stay up that late, even if I wanted them to,” Heidi, 39, admits during her Haunted Holiday party at Finale in NYC. “Usually around 9:00, that would already be really late for them. They go to bed usually at 7.”
How about this year?
“I’ll try! I mean, it’s always nice if they would see a firework or something. I don’t think they’ll manage to stay up that late.”

So far the family has been enjoying a cozy time together for the holidays.
“I'm excited to sit in front of the fireplace and drink hot cocoa and watch them play with their new toys. To be in the house and enjoy doing not much.”
