Reese Witherspoon & Jim Toth Set to Tie the Knot!

Time to add Reese Witherspoon to the growing list of celebrities who have announced their engagements. That's right — the Oscar-winning actress, 34, is betrothed to boyfriend Jim Toth, 40, after less than a year together!

Reese is set to walk down the aisle again with her CAA agent beau, her rep confirms to Just Jared.

Reese began dating Jim in January 2010, not long after she split from Hollywood heartthrob Jake Gyllenhaal — who has since moved on with another blonde bombshell, Taylor Swift.

The couple tried to keep their romance private but eventually went public with their relationship while spending a romantic birthday weekend for Reese in Ojai, Calif.

Reese divorced actor Ryan Phillippe in 2008 after seven years together and they share custody of their two children — daughter Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.

Jim is often seen out and about with Reese and her two children in their neighborhood of Brentwood, Calif.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Reese joked about constant rumors that she was on the verge of engagement.

“My mom always texts me, like, ‘Are you getting married?’ ” she shared with the magazine. “I’m like, ‘Mom, come on! You would know if I was getting married.’ ”
