Report: Police Investigating MJ's Death as a Homicide

A new report claims the LAPD are treating Michael Jackson's death as a homicide, and focusing on the powerful anesthetic Propofol, likely administered by Dr. Conrad Murray, as the cause.
TMZ cites law enforcement sources who say there is "plenty of powerful evidence" linking Dr. Murray as the one who gave Michael the drug at his home. Evidence collected at the house includes vials of Propofol, an IV stand and an oxygen tank.

Thus far, Dr. Murray's lawyer would would neither confirm nor deny if his client administered the Propofol.
