NEWS‘RHOC’ Star Gina Kirschenheiter Arrested For Alleged DUI

Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter has been arrested for allegedly driving under the influence on Thursday, January 31. The news was first reported by The Blast and she was picked by the police at 3:43 a.m. in Rancho Santa Margarita.
The 34-year-old reality star was then brought to a jail in Santa Ana where she was detained and released on Friday, February 1, at around 12:02 p.m. Her court date has been set for February 28.
Gina said in a statement, “I made a very bad choice the other night after a mom’s night out. I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that this one incident does not define me.”
This isn't the first time this year the TV star has had a run-in with the law. Early last month, Gina was busted for speeding through a stop sign in Newport Beach, CA.
She was given a ticket by a police officer and was ordered to pay $238 and points were added to her license.
