Rick Springfield has pled not guilty to two counts of DUI based on being pulled over in May.

The Jessie's Girl rocker did not appear in court so according to TMZ, his lawyers entered the plea on his behalf. On May 1, Rick was pulled over by L.A. County Sheriffs. His level was a .10, which exceeds California’s legal limit of .08.

If he's convicted on both counts, Rick could possibly face a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. He's due back in court on August 15.
