The news came in the cutest way possible. During the show's "Facing Your Fears" segment, Sara said that she couldn't face her fear of lying down and having a cinder block broken over her stomach. She tearfully said, "I really do believe in facing your fears and doing things that make you uncomfortable, but I actually can't do the dare because I'm pregnant."Even her co-hosts seemed surprised by the news.
