During their heart-to-heart about Jenner’s transition from a man to woman, Disick and Jenner appeared to finally have a breakthrough after admitting they’d previously had a bit of a strained relationship.

"My whole life I haven't been honest with myself, I haven't been honest with my kids," Jenner told Disick during Monday night’s episode. "It's been the big secret that nobody could talk about."

Jenner’s comments then led Disick to share just how much he supports Jenner’s truth and why he felt his gender struggle may have led to their relationship issues in the past.

"I felt like for so many years, you know, me and you had a big disconnect and if I would have had any idea of some of the things that you were struggling with, I wouldn't have been so insecure about why we couldn't get along properly, sometimes," Disick said. "You could do a lot of good and help a lot of people who want to be able to come out and say this that can't."
