Cast and crew are heard shouting as Johnny falls to the ground and is run over. Though it could have been worse, the star escaped with just a few bruises. "Can I tell you what the positive thing is? That my coccyx didn't take it," Johnny jokes after the incident, noting that "chicks dig a broken bone."
