At Santa Monica Place, the mall was simply bursting with excited fans anxiously awaiting an appearance by Selena Gomez. As the sunshine poured in and one exuberant fan actually passed out, the star jumped onto the stage to perform three songs including "Who Says." She also took time to talk to reporters and alluded to the hospital stay and missing In-N-Out Burger when she was in Europe!

Selena told OK!, "I'm fine.  I was just very malnourished, I was low on iron and exhausted." Since a hospital stay usually beckons flowers or gifts from a boyfriend (ahem, Justin Bieber), she laughed after being asked whether or not he sent her anything.  She told OK!, "I had very lovely things sent from my family and friends!"

Although she was in Santa Monica, Calif. for the mall event, Selena recently worked with Katie Cassidy and Leighton Meester for Monte Carlo. "It was so awesome." She added, "I was really nervous because they’re older and Leighton comes from one of the most successful shows on tv so I was really nervous.  But they took me under my wing and they treated me like I was their little sister.  It was really nice."
