OK! NEWS: SHARON STONE'S AIR RAGE

Sharon Stone was sued by her former nanny, Erlinda Elemen, yesterday, who claimed Sharon violated labor laws and that she was wrongfully terminated and harassed repeatedly about her Filipino heritage.

Sharon, who is a mother of three, employed Erlinda for about five years before firing her about a year-and-a-half-ago. The main reason for her termination, according to Sharon, was that the nanny accepted overtime pay she didn't technically earn. Erlinda, however, says she was entitled to the money and put up with years of abuse from the Oscar-nominated actress.

The suit claims Erlinda was "repeatedly subjected to numerous derogatory comments and slurs related to her Filipino ethnicity and heritage." At its height, Sharon forbade Erlinda from speaking to her children for fear they would pick up her accent and scolded her for keeping a Bible in the home.

Sharon's camp says the suit is "absurd" and a classic case of an ex-employee looking for an easy pay day.
