Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield was forced to appear in court on charges that she did not have a certificate of occupancy for her home, and that she lacked a permit to hold a party.

According to WSB-TV 2 of Atlanta, Sheree pleaded no contest to the city ordinance violations, and has been placed on probation and slapped with a $1000 fine.

A producer from RHOA was also charged with filming without a permit. She too was hit with a $1000 fine.
