Transformers star Shia LaBeouf has had his driver's license suspended as a result of his July 2008 car crash.
According to Access Hollywood, LaBeouf was hit with a suspension because of a "refusal of chemical tests" in the wake of his accident, according to the DMV.
The license suspension will last for a minimum of one year. In September, the LA County DA's office announced there was "insufficient evidence" to charge the actor with drunken driving for his involvement in the crash, which left his hand badly injured.

LaBeouf was arrested for suspicion of DUI following the accident after showing "physical signs" of being impaired, according to LA Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson Steve Whitmore.
Sheriff’s deputies said later that LaBeouf was not at fault in the accident.
