Tom Cruise is in a whole 'lotta legal trouble!
12 movie extras from the actor's upcoming film, Valkyrie, are suing him and his production company, United Artists, after claiming they suffered broken bones, cuts and bruises during filming in Berlin last year.
The extras, who are seeking $11 million in damages, say they were injured when the side panel of a period German army truck burst open as it drove around a corner in central Berlin. Cruise was not on set at the time.

A lawyer for the extras claims the side panel on the truck had not been properly secured when it flew open.
"A new letter has been sent to Tom Cruise, (business partner) Paula Wagner and United Artists, in which we set out the facts of the case again and put a figure on the legal demands of our clients ... of $11 million," lawyer Ariane Bluttner told Reuters.
