After calling Britney Spears a , Tony Baretto, the pop star's former bodyguard, now expresses his concern over the singer's unprotected well-being in the second part of his interview with Extra. For the past few months, Britney has ventured out in public sans bodyguards, which doesn't sit well with Big Tony.

"It seems to me right now that her security and her manager are the paparazzi. That's crazy!" he tells Extra.

Tony also shed some light on what the typical day with the 26-year-old was like while employed by the Britster.

"We would start off our day with Starbucks," he says. "Checking to make sure the vehicles have gas. There were a few times where she's run out of gas. She might want to go get her nails done or a tan. Then we'd have dinner. She'd have sushi. Then either go out for the night or stay home."

Nowadays, though, Britney has trimmed her camp down and won't let anyone get close to her, which may make her a lost cause for help, Tony says. "When you start to get too close and start to try to help her, she's going to get rid of you."

Meanwhile, Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan is uncertain whether or not to "replace" Britney's expiring restraining order. The pop star was issued a five-day restraining order following her police standoff last week to protect K-Fed and their sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

As for the boys, they are "safe and in a really safe, good environment."

Britney's visitation rights with her boys were revoked last week and, according to Mark, she won't see her sons again until April should they stay suspended.

A hearing is scheduled for Jan. 14.
