Usher's Dirty Divorce is a Done Deal

Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster finalized their messy divorce yesterday, according to court documents obtained by The Huffington Post. Usher filed for divorce in June citing "irreconcilable differences" and declaring they had lived apart since July 2008 and their marriage was "irretrievably broken."

Tameka disputed Usher's claim that the couple had been separated since July 2008. She said in court documents filed June 29 that she "had every reason to believe her marriage was intact" and that the two were "intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6."

The couple, who are parents to two young boys — Usher Raymond V, who will be 2 this month, and Naviyd Ely, turning 1 in December — were married in August of 2007 after dating for more than two years.

The ip-hop star filed for joint custody of his boys, but the court arrangements have not been made public.

The separation between the the couple got so ugly, that Usher called the cops on his babys' mama, accusing her of sneaking on his property and scratching his car.
