Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron have kept their romance under the radar for quite some time, but last night the High School Musical starlet gushed about her man and how she stays down to earth while in the spotlight.
“I just like hanging out at home. I make sure I have enough things to do at my house. I love it, all you need is good friends,” Vanessa, who went solo to the event, told reporters of staying low key with Zac while out at the Axe Music One Night Only Weezer Concert Series in L.A.

Vanessa says that she understands the pressure that comes along with being a Hollywood couple.
“It is just such an alternate parallel that is just craziness. I don’t think of it as real life, I just think of it as something you kind of deal with. We get to do what we love and we have fans and we are thankful,” the young star gushed on Tuesday night.

But still the 21-year-old told OK!, “It’s a lot more craziness than it is enjoyable,” of her and Zac’s hectic schedules.
To relax a bit, Vanessa explains that she and Zac go on double dates.
“We go on group dates with our friends, we haven’t gone on a group date with Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus though.”

And as for the 17 Again actor’s newfound love of facial hair: “It’s growing on me. It’s growing on me,” Vanessa admitted.
