The Carters braved the Halloween night madness to attend a party in the middle of New York City's famed Halloween parade.

Beyoncé, Jay Z and Blue Ivy were spotted dancing and socializing at Charlie Bird in NYC's West Village as thousands of parade-goers surrounded them. Bey was dressed as Frida Kahlo while Hov opted to go as Jean-Michel Basquiat. And the always adorable Blue Ivy stole the show as the Picasso baby.

A night earlier at Power 105.1’s Powerhouse concert, Bey dressed up as Janet Jackson from the legend's Rhythm Nation era. Blue Ivy was also in the Halloween spirit that night. She was dressed as Michael Jackson, the perfect compliment to her mom's costume.
