Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer may have been able to guide Santa's sleigh, but he's no match against hunter Sarah Palin.

"They updated it to make the Rudolph story a little more contemporary," Conan O'Brien joked on his show before showing a new clip (via PopEater).
Combining scenes from the Rudolph TV special and Sarah Palin's Alaska, Conan shares the sad news that Sarah killed Rudolph.

While Conan is finding a way to laugh at Sarah's caribou hunting clip, PopEater reports that many have been speaking out against her hunting ways.
Screenwriter Aaron Sorkin wrote, "You weren't killing that animal for food or shelter or even fashion. You were killing it for fun. You enjoy killing animals."
