Miley Cyrus has certainly outdone her "Can't Be Tamed" image in the her latest music video for single "Who Owns My Heart?" In the racy vid, Miley wears just a tank top and underwear as she sings from a bed, bathtub and the back of a limo.
The 17-year-old maintains her album Can't Be Tamed is all about female empowerment.

“It’s just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back,” Miley told MTV News earlier this year. “And I think that’s really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, ‘No, you can’t do something,’ or, ‘You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.’ "
In the below video, Miley takes on a ghetto fab chic style wearing a fishnet hair wrap, rollers, heavy metal jewelry and little clothing.
