John Mayer wants to know, "Who says I can't get stoned?" The new music video from his first single off Battle Studies features a party-seeking John out for a night on the town with his pals. The musician roams around asking the thought-provoking question over and over, "Who says I can't get stoned?" We're not sure John... was it Jen Aniston?
