"I think you chose a perfect direction for you," Randy Jackson said after Haley's performance. "I think Adele is an amazing artist and an amazing singer and I think you have that amazing thing in you as a singer as well that she has. So I'm really happy that you chose that. There were a couple times when you hit the falsetto in the chorus and it went a little sharp. But other than that, I thought it was a great performance. Well done."

"I thought it was a great performance as well," Steven Tyler added. "It was a little slow at the start and you brought it up in the middle and did what you do the best. There is a reason it's the number one album in America right now because they like that feeling and you've got that in your voice. You did it in the middle and I thought it was beautiful."

Jennifer Lopez said, "It takes a lot of guts to take on a record that everybody knows so well right now and you have to sing it just as good, if not better, than the singer. There were moments you did where you actually brought Haley to it and you forgot about the Adele, who is very hard to forget who we all love so much, but you you did. You brought a little bit of Haley to it in certain moments and that’s where I thought you really shined."
