Watch New 'Super 8' Trailer With More Plot Details

A new full-length trailer for J.J. Abrams' Super 8 has been released early Friday morning and it reveals some good news — there is a plot!

J.J. and producer Steven Spielberg weren't very forthcoming with the plot details when Super 8 was first announced, but this new trailer shows some young children are involved, MTV News reports.

Newcomer Joel Courtney captures some footage on a camera of something escaping from a train crash and Elle Fanning as his love interest.

Kyle Chandler, from Friday Night Lights, play's Courtney's father and also the police chief of the town. He eventually realizes that the government is hiding something from them.
