OK!'s Joyce Eng, Derek Ivie and the TV Fanatic break down your favorite shows!

Gossip Girl: “Poor Blair can’t catch a break. If it’s not Nate and Serena screwing her over (literally), it’s her mother and Serena, but unintentionally for the latter. The renewed BFFs came close to another falling out when frigid B was deemed too, well, frigid to pose for her mother’s fashion line, forcing the conniving Mrs. Waldorf to stab her own flesh and blood in the back by duping Serena to be the new face. I can see where Blair gets it from now. But kudos to the writers for not falling back into the rift, instead having S and B set the record straight, screwing Mrs. W over and having some fun in the NYC street. It was nice to see some self-reflection and thought in Blair, and Leighton Meester portrayed it to the T. Going from insecure daughter to livid bitch to playful buddy, she did it all perfectly and seamlessly. Speaking of character development, the impeccably dressed (not!) Chuck got a load of it too, coming to Nate’s rescue like a knight in shining armor after the poker fiasco. And turning down Nate’s reimbursement offer? I nearly teared up. But it’s not like the Golden Boy had any dough to spare with Daddy Archibald’s sly account drainage. What’s with the manipulative parents? I ponder that after every episode, along with why Penn Badgley is amazing. That heart-to-heart in the hallway with Blair was adorably sweet. Penn, call me. Like, right now.” – Joyce

Kid Nation: “Can we give it up for 9-year old Alex?  That kid rules.  The city was forced to decide how they would deal with religious services.  So Alex comes along and conducts a sociological study within the town to see which kids were which religions!  It was awesome! The kids of the town do not want to worship together because they do not want to listen to the beliefs of the others, yet they know nothing about the other religions. Green camp leader, Laurel, said it best when she said that people are beginning to be a little narrow minded. It is interesting that the kids can live together whether they are black, white, Asian, etc., but will segregate themselves by religion.  Morgan at 12-years-old finally brought the kids together by a fire and they gave thanks for their experiences in Bonanza City. Morgan then consoled Campbell as he watched his ‘best bud’ Cody leave Bonanza.  Morgan definitely earned the gold star!” – Derek

MORE ON:
Leighton Meester

America’s Next Top Model: It's makeover week! Saleisha says she will never be in the bottom two. We are all bored and can’t help to notice the blatant foreshadowing. They are basically cutting everyone’s hair off! There were no tears until we come to Bianca. Her hair was so damaged that they had to cut it off. You have to feel bad for her, couldn’t they have just dyed the rest purple?  They gave her a wig, c’est la vie! Back to Saleisha who now looks like Rihanna. Cut to the challenge where Nigel Barker and his beautiful wife are there, and we are all jealous.  The gorgeous plus-sized Sarah wins! At the photo shoot the girls are made into flowers.  Saleisha finds herself in the bottom two (told ya!).  After fighting Twiggy for the third time, Victoria is sent home due to her prickly personality!” – Derek

Private Practice: “Forget those little girls; the show’s opening montage made me dizzy! Addison has a Grey Anatomy’s Meredith moment and whines about the rain; Violet’s still clinging to her last relationship via a phone message; Pete’s bitching to his dead wife’s grave; Naomi can’t stand that her daughter wants to spend more time with ex-husband Sam instead of her and drowns her sorrows with chocolate frosting! The rest of the episode, which included a woman with a too-tight hoo ha and kids who were turning a cornflower-hue, just made me blue. Highlight of the night? Dell trying to win Naomi over with Betty Crocker-inspired treats. “Figure out what a woman wants and give it to them,” he schooled Cooper. If only it was a lesson more men could learn! In the end, this episode was painful penetration into my brain.” – TV Fanatic
