Any tips on really sticking to those New Year's resolutions?

The start of a new year is a great time to set personal goals and change up your routine to keep things fresh. The best way to stick to your resolutions is to set achievable goals. If you want to exercise and lose weight, set one-month objectives. If you want to lose twenty pounds this year, why not try to lose 1.5 pounds per month? That way you can see your progress and stay motivated.
