A new lawsuit alleges that disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell raped and sexually abused a woman, and threatened to feed her to alligators and have her 8-year-old son deported if she told anyone.

In the lawsuit, the woman claims Epstein ushered her to a body of water “and told her in explicit detail that, as had happened to other girls in the past, she would end up in this body of water and be devoured by the alligators, should she ever reveal” what he did to her, the suit filed in South Florida Federal Court reads.

The woman — who is listed under “Jane Doe” — was 26 years old in 2008 when she claims Epstein and Maxwell raped and abused her for months at his Palm Beach, Fla., mansion, according to Front Page Detectives. Epstein then allegedly forced her to accept $200 as payment.

The victim claims she was told to lie and tell people she was 17. The suit also alleges that Epstein used his power and connections to sexually traffic the woman to his powerful friends and allies — including one person who was identified as a local judge.

According to the newest lawsuit, the victim worked as a real estate broker in Broward County, where she showed homes in the Palm Beach area. Jane Doe says she met Epstein in 2006 or 2007 at a BBQ hosted by her employer, where Epstein introduced her to Maxwell — whom she knew as G-Max. Epstein rented a property from the company at $10,000 per month, but the victim was allegedly told not to process his ID and rent on a cash basis.

Maxwell gave the victim her number and suggested that Epstein wanted to hire her, the suit states, but the victim was not interested at first. For a year, Maxwell apparently tried to woo Doe by buying her gifts and a promise of employment. In 2007, Maxwell took the victim’s passport for “safekeeping,” according to the filing.

Doe — an experienced hairdresser — eventually gave into Maxwell’s demands and was allegedly lured to Epstein’s mansion under the guise she was going to cut his hair and discuss further employment opportunities. When she arrived at Epstein’s residence she claimed he was completely naked, according to the suit.

“He proceeded, with Maxwell’s assistance, to brutally rape Plaintiff and otherwise sexually abuse Plaintiff,” the suit reads. "At that time and thereafter, Epstein had firearms in his possession which were in full view and displayed to Plaintiff for the purpose of frightening and intimidating her.”

Epstein continuously threatened the woman by telling her he had compromising videos of her and would get authorities to deport her and take away her child, according to the suit. The court papers don’t explain when Doe was able to escape Epstein’s abuse, but the multimillionaire pleaded guilty in 2008 to procuring a child for prostitution and of soliciting a prostitute — which landed him a 13-month sentence in Palm Beach County jail.

The victim said she lived in constant fear of Epstein until his death, and remains scared today that his powerful friends will carry out his threats, according to the suit. She also says she suffers from mental anguish, loss of employment and emotional distress due to the years of torture by Epstein and Maxwell. She has asked for an unspecified amount of money in the lawsuit.

Epstein died by apparent suicide after he hanged himself in his cell at a jail in Manhattan in August 2019, a month after his arrest on sex trafficking charges. An indictment alleged that Epstein had recruited dozens of minor girls to engage in sex acts with him at his mansion in Manhattan and the Palm Beach estate.

Maxwell is Epstein’s alleged mistress and was also charged by federal officials for her role in the alleged sex trafficking. This week a new indictment was announced that added sex trafficking count to her previously announced charges, reported Front Page Detectives. She is currently being held in a federal prison in Brooklyn, and her trial is scheduled for later this year.
