It looks like LeBron James can't win 'em all. The NBA icon listed his traditional Los Angeles estate — through David Offer from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties — for $20.5 million after purchasing it in 2015 for $20,986,500.
The L.A. Lakers player is no longer in need of his enormous Brentwood mansion since he purchased a Beverly Hills compound last September for $36.75 million.
And while the listing price is considered to be a loss, we have a feeling James will be ok, as he's reportedly worth close to $1 billion, according to TMZ.
James' home is not only known for its impeccable views and luxurious design, but it also happens to be just a few blocks away from where O.J. Simpson lived at the time when Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman were murdered.
