A Future King's Revenge: Prince William Has 'Brutal Plan' for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry When He Becomes the Monarch
Prince William is not prepared to play nice with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry when he accedes to the throne upon King Charles III's death. A palace source has revealed that the future King William V has a "brutal plan" for the royal rebels, which backs up another royal insider's previous claim that the plan will occur "not too long" after he becomes the British monarch.
The decision is said to be "swift and final."
"William is already planning for when he becomes King, and he doesn’t see a future for the Sussexes in the royal family," the source revealed. "The feeling is that allowing the Sussexes back into the fold is a bad move and they should be resigned to the fringes indefinitely."
Essentially, the future king wishes to be even colder and more detached in his approach to the Montecito pair than what can be seen with Charles III's handling of the duo.
"Expect no invitations of any kind across the pond like we see the current King do," a former palace aide shared. "I would go so far as to predict the Prince of Wales could issue a Letters Patent when king that strips the entire family of their HRH styles. He cannot touch the Sussex Dukedom title, and would have to request parliament to handle that removal."
These insights follow news that the future monarch likely wouldn't go so far as to exclude his brother and sister-in-law from his coronation. "Despite all the bad blood between the brothers, I’m convinced that, when the time does come, William will not be foolish enough to exclude his only sibling, now fifth in line to the throne, from his coronation," royal author Christopher Andersen told an outlet.
"William and Charles have pretty much made the joint decision to effectively cut Harry out of their lives, at least for the time being," he added. "There is no sign of a reconciliation on the horizon, and everyone involved seems to have pretty much come to terms with that."
After the Prince of Wales and Duke of Sussex's recent in-person attendance at Lord Robert Fellowes' memorial service on August 29, one of the rebel Duke's pals has a plan for a Sussex/Wales reunion. The once close royal brothers reportedly did not speak or interact at the service, but certain "terms and conditions" could change that.
"He has put together a blueprint and will show it to Harry if and when there’s an appropriate moment," the source said of Harry's friend. "This person believes there is a real chance Harry could even carry out very low-key royal duties again one day."

About the royal reunion that didn't happen, veteran royal reporter Michael Cole said, "If Prince Harry imagined that this secret dash and sudden appearance might start to thaw the ice cap that has frozen between them, he was going to be greatly disappointed. Prince William did not look at him, let alone acknowledge his presence."
