"The lyrics are kind of anything but. Small talk is full of s--t today. When someone asks, 'How are you?' and you are honest with someone about mental health issues, it could make them uncomfortable and judge you. So why not just say you're happy and not deal with the bulls? That's what this song is about."

Phem first caught the music world's attention with her EP VACUMHEAD, Self Control and How U Stop Hating Urself Part 1. She's also worked with artists, Iann Dior, G-Eazy, Machine Kelly and Lil Tracy. Her EP's have been viewed over a million times.
