After vowing to get 50/50 custody of his daughter Aubree, should Chelsea Houska be worried that her ex-boyfriend could win custody in court?

Adam’s weekend with his daughters was full of fun fall festivities, as he brought his little ladies to a pumpkin patch!

After a day of picking pumpkins, the tots made jack-o-lanterns! “That smile,” he captioned a photo of his daughter with Chelsea.

But the day wasn’t all fun and games, as Adam made sure to incorporate learning into the family fun day by having his kindergartener read to him.

On the Teen Mom 2 reunion special, Adam vowed to get custody of Aubree instead of supervised visits every other weekend after receiving 50/50 custody of Paislee from his second baby mama Taylor Halbur. “I have $40,000 into a lawyer right now,” he told Dr. Drew Pinsky. “I plan to keep going until I have custody. I promise you that.”

But it doesn’t look like Chelsea has to worry about giving her baby daddy more time with the 6-year-old, as RadarOnline reported that Adam’s behavior is all an act! “Adam is just saying he wants custody again for attention,” a source told the website. “He wants to look like a good dad to fans.” With MTV currently filming season seven on TM2, it could be true!
