Now this is how you do a date night! Amal and George Clooney were a glamorous duo as they headed out to eat in the Big Apple. The two are residing in Soho as Amal has made her return as a visiting professor of law and senior fellow with the Human Rights Institute at Columbia University for the spring.
Amal made a chic fashion statement in a bright yellow coat and tan suede thigh-high boots, while George was dapper in his grey suit.
Amal spoke about her excitement of returning to Columbia, and said “I am delighted to return to Columbia Law School as a visiting professor and to co-teach the Human Rights course with Professor Sarah Cleveland once again. This is a time when the importance of human rights and the power of young people as agents of social change have never been clearer. I look forward to meeting the next generation of legal thinkers and human rights leaders on campus this spring.”
The students reportedly love her, which is no surprise.
And the paparazzi loves Amal and George! The two looked shocked to see all the flashing lights as they left their apartment to kick off the weekend.
As for what the two plan on doing over the summer, they are heading abroad! "George will be in Italy this summer, around Rome, for a new show he is shooting, so they'll be spending a lot of time there," a source told E! News.
